Timing & Food Preparation

Important Timing Recommendation
For charcoal BBQs, we recommend allowing approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour before food service begins for grill preparation and fire setup.

Example:
If you would like the first batch of food to be ready by 6:00 PM, we recommend scheduling your chef to arrive by 5:00 PM.

Food Preparation & Defrosting
Certain BBQ items are best cooked after partial thawing.

If your food is delivered frozen or stored in coolers, our chefs can assist with thawing management and cooking sequence planning.

For events requiring thawing assistance, we recommend extending the service by 30–60 minutes.

Access to a water point is recommended where possible.

  • Recommended Ratio: 1 Chef per 20 Guests
