โLicensed Sellerโ refers to Carne Curado Pte Ltd (202432814D), or any licensed entity responsible for regulated alcohol sales.
2. General Application
These Terms & Conditions govern:
- all purchases made through our website;
- all deliveries and fulfilment;
- all chef and event services;
- all communication and transactions with us.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
3. Multi-Merchant & Third-Party Supplier Model
The Smokehouse Collective operates a curated multi-brand and multi-supplier platform.
Products offered through our website may be:
- supplied by us;
- supplied by affiliated entities;
- supplied by third-party vendors, caterers, merchants, distributors, or manufacturers.
Accordingly:
- fulfilment may occur separately;
- packaging may differ;
- invoices may be issued by different entities;
- products may arrive in separate deliveries.
The relevant supplier or merchant remains responsible for the preparation, storage, licensing, and regulatory compliance of their respective products.
4. Alcohol & Regulated Products
4.1 Licensed Alcohol Seller
All alcoholic beverages and liquor products sold through our website are supplied, sold, fulfilled, and invoiced solely by the Licensed Seller.
The Smokehouse Collective may act solely as a marketing, platform, or e-commerce facilitator for such products.
4.2 Legal Drinking Age
By purchasing alcoholic products, you confirm that:

- you are legally permitted to purchase alcohol under Singapore law.
4.3 Identification Verification
Delivery personnel reserve the right to request valid identification upon delivery.
Orders may be refused or cancelled if:

- the recipient appears intoxicated;
- delivery would breach applicable laws or regulations.
No refunds shall be provided for failed alcohol deliveries arising from such circumstances.
4.4 Delivery Restrictions
Alcohol deliveries are subject to applicable Singapore liquor-control laws and permitted delivery timings.
5. Orders & Payment
5.1 Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and written confirmation by us.
We reserve the right to reject, decline, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
5.2 Payment Terms
Full payment may be required prior to fulfilment, delivery, or event commencement.
Payments may be processed:
- by The Smokehouse Collective;
- by affiliated merchants; or
- by the relevant supplier or Licensed Seller.
5.3 Pricing & Availability
Prices, product descriptions, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
In the event of pricing errors, stock issues, or fulfilment limitations, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and provide an appropriate refund.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
6.1 Customer Cancellations
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Cancellation charges may apply depending on:
- preparation work completed;
- perishability of products;
- supplier commitments;
- event arrangements.
Customised orders, platters, catering, event packages, and prepared food may be non-refundable once preparation has commenced.
6.2 Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- stock shortages;
- supplier issues;
- operational constraints;
- force majeure events;
- safety concerns;
- regulatory requirements.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed accordingly.
7. Product Nature & Food Safety
7.1 Product Variations
All product images are for illustration purposes only.
Actual products may vary in:

- garnish;
- colour;
- serving arrangement;
- portion presentation.
7.2 Frozen & Chilled Products
Certain products are delivered:
- frozen;
- chilled;
- partially thawed;

This includes marinated meats, seafood, desserts, sauces, and ready-to-cook products.
7.3 Customer Responsibility
Upon successful delivery or collection, customers assume responsibility for:
- storage;
- refrigeration;
- thawing;
- reheating;
- preparation;
- cooking;
- safe consumption.
7.4 Allergies
Products may contain or come into contact with:
- dairy;
- nuts;
- shellfish;
- gluten;
- alcohol;
- other allergens.
We do not guarantee allergen-free environments.
Customers are responsible for assessing suitability for consumption.
8. Delivery Terms
8.1 Delivery Windows
Delivery timings are estimates only and may be affected by:
- traffic;
- weather;
- building access;
- peak periods;
- operational conditions.
8.2 Failed Deliveries
Customers or authorised recipients must be available during the delivery window.
Additional waiting charges may apply.
Failed deliveries due to:
- absence;
- incorrect address;
- inaccessible locations;

Additional charges may apply for restricted or remote locations including:
- Sentosa
- Tuas
- Lim Chu Kang
- NSRCC
- Marina Bay Cruise Centre

9. Chef & Event Services
9.1 Scope of Chef Services
Chef services are limited to food preparation and cooking.
Unless otherwise agreed, chefs are not responsible for:
- serving guests;
- event coordination;
- cleaning;
- trash disposal;
- venue setup;
- guest management.
9.2 Equipment Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- a safe and functional cooking environment;
- sufficient charcoal/fuel;
- working BBQ pits;
- required cooking tools and utensils.
Delays arising from missing equipment do not extend service duration.
9.3 Weather & Outdoor Conditions
Outdoor cooking is subject to weather and environmental conditions.
We do not guarantee complete cooking fulfilment during:
- heavy rain;
- storms;
- unsafe weather conditions;
- venue restrictions.
10. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content including:
- logos;
- product names;
- graphics;
- photographs;
- branding;
- text;

marketing materials;
remain the property of The Smokehouse Collective or its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written consent.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- government restrictions;
- supplier disruptions;
- transport interruptions;
- power failures;
- severe weather;
- labour disruptions.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
