Frequently Asked Questions About Our Charcuterie Collection!

How much in advance should I order?

We recommend ordering 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability. For larger orders or festive periods, please order earlier.

Can I customize my platter?

Yes! Most of our platters can be customized in the ordering page, if you require further changes that aren’t selectable you can directly contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Customisation may affect the final price, and we’ll always confirm with you before proceeding.

Can I request specific items to be added or removed?

Yes, as long as the ingredients are available. Additional items or substitutions may change the final price.

Do you offer vegetarian or non-pork options?

Yes, we offer platters without pork, please check the product description or contact us if unsure.

Where do your meats come from?

We produce many of our cured meats in-house (such as bresaola, capocollo etc.) and also source premium products from trusted suppliers from places like France and Spain.

Are your cured meats safe to eat?

Yes. Our products are made using proper curing methods, precise amounts of curing salts, and food-safe processes.

Do you use preservatives or additives?

Some products use traditional curing salts as part of classic charcuterie methods. We do not use unnecessary artificial additives.

Do you list allergens?

Yes. Common allergens such as dairy, nuts, and gluten are indicated where applicable.
If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

How should I store and serve the platter?

Please refrigerate the platter upon receipt. For best flavour and texture, take it out 15–30 minutes before serving to allow the items to come to temperature.

How long can it stay out, and can I keep leftovers?

For quality and food safety, we recommend consuming the platter within 2–4 hours if kept at room temperature. Any leftovers should be wrapped tightly or stored in airtight containers and refrigerated, and are best enjoyed within 1–3 days.
